I had 40 year old eaves on wooden fascia that really needed updating. Owner Jean Francois was very professional and experienced to work with. He understood what I needed done, didn't pressure me to upsell me on extras I couldn't afford, and was very accommodating when I asked for a couple of changes to the plan. Despite the busy season, he was very prompt to return my calls and to keep me posted on the date the job would start. Weather is a big issue with his work so I understood when adjustments to the project schedule were needed. I also appreciated that his installer Matthew stayed until dark (in the summer!) to get the job done. The work was done well, looks great and was reasonably prices. I worked with Brooks to redo exterior painting that was done all wrong by another supposed professional painting company. Brooks was empathetic of my previous experience and conscientious of my very tight budget. His crew was very fast, meticulous work, and left a beautifully clean work site. They worked very quickly and flawlessly painted my stucco, soffits and accent beams. Their lines are excellent. My house has never looked so beautiful. I've already had neighbours stop by and ask for Brooks' contact info. I'd recommend them any day! Thanks Brooks!

Andy and his wife were exceptionally professional throughout the time he was working on my toilet and sink repairs. He was honest, fair, was transparent on costs and completed great work. I even had to call him when my hot water tank stopped working. He troubleshooted over the phone and walked me through the minor fix process on the spot. Hands down, that's the kind of service that gets me to send referrals! I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Thanks Ducky's Drains!

Davin was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about current practices and backed up his recommendations with explanations that made sense (unlike other quotes I got from another electrician on this site). Davin was honest about how he would approach our repairs, what we needed to do, and what we really didn't...and why! He worked quickly and priced fairly. I'd have him back in an instant for future work!

I will never have this company in my house again. I needed my aluminum wiring updated. The owner sent an unqualified electrician who knew nothing about aluminum. Then the owner came in order to resolve the situation. He said he was an expert in aluminum, but only knows the outdated method of updating with purple twist-on merettes that is no longer recommended by the industry as a good long term solution. I just can't trust his knowledge and wouldn't recommend him.
