The breaker in the panel for my stove wouldn't re-open after I closed it. Stacey, the manager was helpful. Dale phone me immediately and took me thru a few steps to ensure it wasn't a problem with the stove and not the breaker. Trying to save me money. When it was apparent it was the breaker, he was most helpful, prompt and was clear before coming what the potential costs would be. Also once he diagnosed the issue, he review possible charges again. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.
