An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We recently had our house re-roofed by Penfolds Roofing and were very satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the materials. Penfolds had been recommended by two friends who themselves had been very happy with their own new roofs. The job done on our roof bore out their confidence in Penfolds and we too would recommend them. The cost of our new roof and the gutters was most reasonable, the workmen were pleasant and efficient and our garden and the house surroundings were clean and tidy when they left. Penfold’s follow-up inspection was also much appreciated.
