JVD Charlebois made a service call for a 15-minute repair at my business, then billed for 3 hours labour. They did not advise me of this policy at the time I called. Most businesses with any integrity will let their customers know about minimum labour charges before any work is performed. They unfortunately will not adjust the invoice and consequently will not be earning any further business from my company. This is gouging at its worst, and shoddy business practices at its best.
