Gary showed up on time and spent over 4 hours on the inspection. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He has all the necessary equipment and technology required to fully inspect a house. Gary is also very polite and willing to spend lots of time showing you any issues with the property and offering helpful advice. He followed up the walk-thru with an extensive report and made himself available for any additional questions, even on weekends. It is a week since the inspection and Gary is still checking in on me to see if I have any concerns about the property. As a result of his inspection report, I was able to negotiate a significant discount on the price of my new home.
