I found the installation process less troublesome than I expected. The workers were all VERY polite. They arrived on time, on the day they were booked for and didn't leave any mess or debris!. The doors are easy to open or lock, and slide easily, and the foot lock means we can leave it open just a little while we are out and not worry about security. Our hydro bill has dropped quite a lot, and this can only be because of the windows.
