Gary was extremely thorough, taking nearly six hours to inspect our prospective acreage. He took time to explain the problems that he encountered and how they needed to be resolved. He answered all of our questions, no matter how trivial and did not make you feel stupid for asking them. Because he is not affiliated with any realtor, you know that the information he is giving is unbiased and truthful. He also has a great sense of humour, which certainly helps when receiving news that may cost you several thousand dollars to rectify. He is a very genuine, nice guy who certainly knows his trade. I would have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone. He was punctual on inspection day, worked methodically and delivered his report when he said he would. You don't get better service than this.
