Ongoing residential cleaning services.
Average cleaning service, average cost. On balance, I liked the cleaners themselves, but was very unsatisfied with the owners/mgt of this company. I had repeated issues with poor punctuality and property damage and when brought forward, only received an apology - no offer to fix the damage or credit for lost time. Service was definitely better at the beginning, as it typically is with most services/cleaners. I referred another client to them and they had the same experience as noted above - liked the cleaners, but disliked the owners/mgt. They sold us on a program that wasn't "timed", yet our cleaners told us that they were given 1 hour and 47 minutes to clean our home, before having to move onto the next one. Again, management not as upstanding as they "appear". Buyer beware.

I can understand why waiting at home for your housecleaning team to arrive could translate as felling like you're "losing" time and it causing unnecessary stress. We do have a secure system in place that allows our cleaners access without interrupting your day or schedule, and we would encourage utilizing this feature in the future. We've found that most customers prefer this and it makes having a housecleaning service even more convenient.
Our house cleaners are paid hourly - not paid based on the number of houses they "get through" in a day. Based on the size of the house and any special needs previously requested by the customer at the in-home estimate, we are able to identify how long a team of two cleaners will probably take to clean a home. That is simply an estimate we use for scheduling purposes, not a time requirement put on our cleaners.
