We started the process in February, Jackie and I were a little slow moving but when we pulled the trigger we were given a timeline of when the cupboards would arrive. They nailed it. Erin was extremely helpful and patient for a couple that were so outside of their comfort zone. She came over had a look at the original kitchen as she left she looked stumped as what to do. When the drawings came back of the kitchen she nailed it with changing the entire layout of the kitchen to be functional and open for a house that was built in the 60's. We went into the showroom Erin understood the kind of feel that we were looking for. Once the cabinets were installed along with everything else we could not of done it ourselves... She nailed it. When it came to the installation of the cabinets we were told when they were going to arrive for the install; they showed up on time, took their time and were extremely professional as well as provided additional help... Yes they nailed it. We love the cabinets/layout Erin has provided and we are no longer embarassed inviting company to the house.
