we bought a leather couch and love seat from the brick in abbotsford , it is all power, we bought the extended 5 year warranty as well with in a year the love seat cushions started to shift and then seperated looks like hell, i called the warranty dept at the brick they returned my call 2 months later sent a guy out to look said they could order the pieces , we waited 4 months nothing happened , called again they said we are not fixing it we will give you a $200 credit of course i said bull you will have to do better than that, they finally gave us a $300 credit thats it , in store only, so i go down to order a chair off there web site , the salesmen says i have to pick it up i said delivery because thats what i paid for last time not my fault the loveseat is crap.he then tells me the delivery will be$ 200 i said i dont think so . he calls the manager over he said delivery will be $50 i said not a chance you sold me crappy furniture you owe me delivery, needless to say i got free delivery and the salesmen and the manager look about ready to cry , the store had other customers so they did not want to chance on me clearing the store. the brick funiture is crap lesson here is if you pay for extra warranty then you should get it fixed no matter what the brick does not honor there own policy, i will never shop there again
