We contact Signature Paint who provided us with 2 painters. We found the painters were respectiveful, responsive and detailed orientated. Unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant experience with the owner of the company. Throughtout the process, we continually asked Drew to provided us an invoice after each payment. Each time the owner ignored the request. At the end of the project, we noticed that we overpaid. The owner indicated that he will pay us but it has been over a month and we continue to wait. A claim has been submitted to the Better Buisness Bureau regarding Signature Paints' business practice.

I find it interesting that our original review from this customer was an 8. I called her regarding this and felt we were do at least a 9.5 if not a 10 for the exceptional quality of workmanship that was done. We did invoice her for $ 100.00 to much but that has since been paid back to the client.
