Great backyard pool, spa, waterfalls
AquaSpa built our whole backyard... pool, spa, waterfalls, patio pavers, retaining wall, fence, grass, cedars. We had a long delay due to supply chain issues during COVID. But once the spa finally arrived, they built everything quickly and with high quality. We truly enjoyed everything this first year of having it and our guests were amazed by the design and the features.
We had a hill in our backyard so we needed a retaining wall to hold back the soil. Royal Stone did everything you can see in the attached photos. The retaining wall is well built with a concrete base. And the platform was a nice design. The pavers around the pool are perfectly placed and mortar around the sides keeps them from moving. We had some delays due to COVID pandemic supply chain issues of nearly a year. But once they got everything in stock, they worked hard, fast, and effectively. All the stonework was done in about a week with two crews working 10 hour days.
A ground floor toilet was leaking into the basement every time it was flushed. I also wanted to hook up a new refrigerator with icemaker to an old plastic water line installed by the previous homeowner. John and his assistant visited my home. They assessed the situation. John recommended using a copper line for the refrigerator water line, as the old plastic water line could leak. He installed the copper line plus a new shutoff valve. His assistant took the toilet off and repaired the leak there. They were in the house for about two hours. They did a fantastic job. We are enjoying the icemaker and we have seen no water in the basement since the toilet repair two weeks ago. Price was fair. We will use Dima Plumbing again if we have any plumbing problems.

Moved from a condo downtown Toronto (difficult building/elevator rules) to a house. These guys were great. Fast and no hassle. Took apart and put back together beds and TV stand/tables carefully. We couldn't get keys to the house right away, so they waited patiently for 2+ hours until we got access. Would definitely use again.

Condos are def not our favourite, just because of all these non sense rules most building would have, but it is what we do and we found a professional way of dealing with every situation. And we have been into many! :)))
