Called Rick for help with our 30-year-old gas oven which was not igniting properly. He already had his day's schedule but offered to fit us in even though we were in no rush, and he arrived 30 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the needed part with him, and completed the job efficiently and professionally. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
