I first contacted Joseph last May to come by and give us a quote for basement built-ins. Our basement was a rectangular space and I wanted to make it into a playroom/office/family room. Joseph listened to my vision and made some recommendations. We then sat down together to review what was realistic, how we could make some of the areas unique, and fit with out existing style. Working with Joseph was awesome - he made great suggestions and was also honest when he thought something would not look good. The built ins were installed in Nov and we are in LOVE. They look absolutely amazing and we have received so many compliments. The whole design centered around my vision for a reading nook. The installation was seamless and completed in 1.5 days. Thanks Joseph!! We now have a functional, beautiful space.

We had a great experience with Hossein and his team this morning. They installed 12 potlights in our basement (which was very badly lit previously), removed an outdated track light, installed some additional outlets, and repaired some wiring in the kitchen. They arrived on time, were efficient, friendly, explained what was happening, reviewed the locations of the potlights, and answered our multiple questions. All work was completed in less than 3 hours and they cleaned up everything before they left. We had no holes, debris or anything left over. The basement looks warm and inviting!!! We will definitely be calling them for future projects and recommending them to family and friends. Thank you!!!

I came across Pre-Lock on HomeStars and was impressed by their reviews and they did not disappoint! I communicated our needs to Steve at Pre-Lock and his service and recommendations were excellent. He was also very patient with us while we decided what wanted for our new home to help us feel secure. Cory installed our window bars and did a great job not making any extra holes in our walls and he was so good about cleaning up after himself. He even befriended our dog who was following him around by the end of the install! He also did a great job on installing new hardware for our doors and changing the locks. He took the time to ensure the doors were opening and closing smoothly and even fixed issues left behind on the doors from the old owners. We would highly recommend Pre-Lock and we will be calling them in the future any of our security needs. Thank you Pre-Lock and especially Cory and Steve!!!
