An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Over the past year have made drywall repairs in basement after heating system upgrade, had basement kitchen counter reconfigured, made minor repairs for doors and drawers around the house, and replaced light fixtures. Most recently has solved an annoying air-leak around our front door that created a breeze in our living-room and repaired water damage to plaster/lath walls and ceiling in our second-floor bedroom.
