We rebuilt the mantle in the family room and converted our natural gas to zero clearance. While drilling new vent holes into our house, they drilled the wrong size hole for the wrong size pipe. They damaged the fireplace that we had to relocate and had to replace several parts. Since the completion of the job we have had problems with the pilot light not working properly. It should have only taken 3/4 of a day but ended up taking 4 days.
