Parkwood Master Builder is a very good and reputed home builder, and we were referred by one of our friends to buy our dream home. The salesperson Ron Torrella was very nice and cooperative. He was always willing to help and his communication was, no doubt, great and of course, on time. He had always a smiling face and positive attitude. Even after we took possession, he still visits our new home from time to time just to make sure that we are happy with our new home. Excellent customer service from him! The only thing we should mention that Parkwood couldn't maintain the schedule. It actually took longer than committed to deliver home and we were very much frustrated as we were renting a place and we had to pay few months' extra rent for Parkwood! This is not acceptable! This is the only reason we will rate Parkwood as '4'. But I will rate Ron as '5'.
