An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I'd like to thank Lui & Danny Rinaldo for giving us a wonderful experience. It's very stressful for people to undertake the extensive home renovations that we did, but Danny and Lui, and their crews, gave us a lot of confidence that the results would be great. And, they were! And, where there were problems, and there always are, they were terrific at working things out with us. This is one of the important marks of a great company. As part of this, I'd like to say that their concrete sub-contractor, Mike Allen, and his sons, Curt & Nick, did an awesome job on all the concrete work (5 parts). This turned out particularly well. And your demolition and paving crew went above & beyond in making sure we we happy with the final results. So well done Bortolo. Irrespective of price, Bortolo was the frontrunner from the get go. Your site, membership in the BBB, length of time in business and good reviews have gone a long way to offsetting any cheaper quotes that I might have received. Cheers!

It was so easy to work on your multi surface project because you new exactly what you required and your drawings made it that much easier for my crews to build exactly what you expected. It is always nice to hear that all of Bortolo and Sons crews were respectful to you as a client, and problem solvers. We understood how important this exterior yard hardscape renovation was for you and your wife, due to the upcoming marriage of your child. You wanted everything to be perfect for the quests of the wedding. It was good to hear that the exposed aggregate rear patio/front staircase, regular smooth finished concrete carport pad, drainage work, and asphalt driveway all met your final expectations.
