After researching the kitchen renovation market place we opted to go with Premiere Custom Millwork & Fireplaces. We first met with Williams to go over our scope of work which was an entire replacement/upgrade of our current kitchen cabinets and counters. We live in a small bungalow and needed a custom kitchen to maximize our kitchen cabinets space and counter area. Premiere designed a kitchen with an island that gave us additional cabinet and counter space. The project required working with a house renovation general contractor and also include two new custom bathroom vanities to go in the planned bathroom renovations. All the work was done with exceptional quality and workmanship. Williams team worked very well with our general contractor. The work was done on time and within the budget we had initially agreed upon. We highly recommend Premiere Custom Millwork & Fireplaces Ltd. In the Spring of 2016, we bought an older bungalow and decided to renovate the entire house (all new electrical, plumbing, walls, floors, kitchen, bathroom, insulation, etc) and used HomeStars to find a suitable general contractor. After interviewing a number of qualified companies, we chose P&P Renovations. The owner of this company, Natanael, came out to meet us and we discussed the scope of the work. Natanael's wide breadth of knowledge and helpful suggestions convinced us to use P&P Renovations for the entire project. In less than a week we received a detailed proposal outlining the major work packages along with the costs and timeline required to execute the project. The project was to take 11-12 weeks, and was completed on time and on budget. There were some changes/additions along the way that were discussed and appropriately costed out. There were absolutely no surprises in terms of unexpected costs or slipping timelines. Our crew (Mauricio and Luis with help from Felix, Antonio and Javier) were very professional and hard working with strong attention to quality and workmanship. They were absolutely a pleasure to work with and extremely hard working and dedicated. Natanael was also present for critical work (i.e. restructure of interior walls, new plumbing, new electrical, etc.) along the way. He also provided many helpful suggestions throughout the project (i.e. kitchen, bathroom, flooring, electrical, proper insulation, windows, new staircase, etc.) which kept the project on time and brought the renovation together. Scope of the work included: complete demolition of the main floor of the house, basement, new plumbing, new electrical, new insulation in the attic and walls, new kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and all flooring. Basically the entire house. The work also included removing some walls to create an 'open concept' style along with a new larger stair case to the basement. As expected, with this large of a renovation, there were some issues to deal with, which were all handled in a timely and professional manner. Natanael and his team were great to work with which made for a stress free renovation that basically gave us a brand new house that looks absolutely amazing. The build quality is second to none and we have received many compliments along the way. We could not be happier with results and strongly recommend Natanael and his team. We signed a contract with Executive Interlock back in March of this year. They showed up once to do some prep work and left all their garbage behind for us to clean up. I have repeatedly called to find out when they are coming to finish the job and they have told me they will be there later that week. Needless to say, they have never showed up and i am out the deposit of $1100 i gave them. Definitely would not recommend them.
