Rick had done great work for us before, so we called him again to repair our dishwasher. As usual he was prompt, polite got to the root of the problem right away and fixed it quickly, despite having to drive out to buy a replacement motor. Rene worked on our kitchen last year replacing, repairing and painting the ceilings wall and trim. He did a superb job (see later in these reviews: Do yourself a favor and CALL RENE FIRST!) As you will read we were confident in Rene's skills, so when we finally got around to working on the basement we called him again. True to form, we got a quick response followed by a competitive quote and a prompt start date. Everything about Rene is spot on. He is an honorable man with an equally superlative work ethic. Again, in order to catch any and all imperfections he shone his spotlight on the walls and ceilings and in doing so shone a "spotlight" on the pride he takes in his work. He is a stickler for detail ensuring everything is replaced, repaired, honed and primed to perfection; following up with finishes that are smooth and blemish free. Actually, the job is not finished until it meets Rene's high standards - and they are pretty exacting! Do yourself a favor and look no further - Rene is your man! He brings a stellar work ethic to the job and he is a pleasure to have around. You'll be glad you hired him. In fact once you've hired Rene you'll never hire anyone else!

If you want a professional job done at a reasonable price, then Rene is your man. From drywall installation to ceiling repair, carpentry and painting; he is a master at them all. We cannot speak more highly of him and will not hesitate to recommend him to everyone we know. His workmanship and attention to detail is superb. He protects the work area to ensure there is no damage to your home and is meticulous about daily clean up. A pleasant change from other renovation experiences we have had. Rene truly lives up to his company name and only accepts perfection; he even shines a spotlight on the drywall while he works to ensure he takes care of the slightest indentation in the finish. Also Rene came back the DAY AFTER final payment to check if there were any imperfections that needed attention once everything was fully dry - when have you ever heard of this? As well, Rene was totally flexible working around the timetables of many other servicemen involved in demolishing and installing our kitchen. They in turn were so impressed with his workmanship and work ethic that they are also recommending him to their clients and will be working alongside him again soon. We have also rehired Rene to work on our basement as soon as his schedule allows. This was a major renovation for us that was made far easier because Rene was involved with it. His quote was clear and concise, he did exactly what he said he was going to do (and more) and his price was very competitive and devoid of hidden costs. The only problem we have now is to find enough renovation to keep Rene around forever - Sir, you are a gentleman!
