I hired MRE Development to replace concrete walkway and front terrace with exposed aggregate, including removal of the old ones. There was a delay on the scheduling and made me worried a little, considering it was on Oct and the weather getting colder. But the most important thing is that the job is done very well, at a reasonable cost. I am very happy with the outcome. That's why I am happy writing this testimony here and other places. I am always nervous when hiring contractors and had lots of bad experience myself. But Michael showed me a good faith and agreed on the payment term that protected my interest more.
