Washer was banging when on high spin and getting progressively worse with time. Sergei responded quickly and gave an estimate that included price of parts which he searched while here on location. We discussed pros and cons of repair vs an expensier repair. He didn't push either way and it was my decision to go with the repair for lots of reasons. It was a big job involving taking the machine apart to remove and replace the drum and the spider holding it in place. He was able to find time within a few days, for the parts and completed the repair efficiently and carefully. He cleaned up well. He knows his stuff and I would use him again.

Responded and repaired same day. Price for work as quoted, which I thought was fair and included the replaced part and labour. Polite, cleaned up after work. He is good!

I called GasGuys.ca based on Homestars reviews and the great reviews are warranted based on my experience. We need to have the exterior gasline to our BBQ and kitchen stove re-routed. I sent an email message describing the job, got a rough estimate by email and then by phone. His work was timely, efficient, and effective. He also returned a couple days later at my request to make a slight alteration to one of the shut-off valves, at no extra cost. I recommend unreservedly.
