This was my first time hiring a moving company but i was ASR movers i spoke to Nick who assured me the best service possible. I was told i would get 2 experienced movers that would do the job within 3 to 4 hours considering i only had minimal amount of furniture. When they showed up they were a 1 hour and 45 minutes late. It was 3 men after 30 mins another showed up they were to charge me $300 but then they changed the price because they had more men to pay.which i did not agree to. When i spoke to them about it they wanted the money up front and then threatened to walk out without moving my stuff. I then was so upset they left me in a desperate positon because i had everything packed and ready and had to be out by this date. I gave them the money and let them do their loading. I noticed they loaded small item first like boxes and bags they were throwing them into the truck with out care.the furniture was put outside all over the place in the driveway while they were inside taking the beds apart. Which they had a hard time lifting and loading the very few items of furniture i had. When they arrived at my new apartment to unload the movers broke one of my my night table which was brand new from my bed room set. Also they dropped a box and broke my dishes and cook wear set. I was so dissapointed but that's not all. All 3 movers were not able to get my sofa in my apartment and when i asked them to try to angle it differently they said they had to go and get to do another job. They left my sofa and did not put my bed back together either and just left without completing the job. I tried to contact them and they dont respond to my emails or tell me the manager is not available.This was a horrible experience for me i would never hire this company to move for anyone!
