These reviews are clearly based on sales representatives! Half the sales representatives just use the companies name when dealing with customers. I went with the owners son vince and he was honest with me. he told me it is hard to get a hold of the offices, but that he would keep me up to date with the installation. he was very polite and he kept his promise. I had no problems other than the shutters being a week late. It was not a huge problem because he let me know a week in advance that it was very busy and that the warehouse is running behind. he was very helpful and overall it was very worth it and i could not be happier.

Very good prices, his father owns company so he give me good deal 6479294124. Hard to get a hold of office but my sales rep vince help me. He always answering his phone for questions they were on time!
