We had a few different HVAC companies coming in each focusing on a specific brand. We liked what we read about American Standard and wanted a dealer authorized for the install. Chris from sales did not oversell us on what we needed. He recommended a system that was ideal for our home....and it was! The installation guys were equally great and got everything done in one day. Overall we very satisfied with the end to end service and will definitely be using Convertible to service our HVAC system going forward. The cost for the new system was very reasonable!

Pietro arrived at our home within the window that was advised a day prior. We immediately advised that we were not looking to replace the whole roof (unless the inspection said we did) and looking to do some maintenance work to extend the life of the roof. He got to work quickly on inspecting our roof. When he came down, we wre fully expecting Pietro to hint that we needed a new roof.....but we were very surprised. Pietro did not even attempt to take us for a ride and said the roof was in good shape. There was an area that needed some repairs. Pietro also provided us with shingle dynamics and advised how they wear over time as well as the benefits of additional venting (which he did not try push us to do but clearly stated the facts). We have not yet received the quote for the repair, but based on our interaction with Pietro feel he is a very trustworthy and knowledgeable individual. Will add more once the quote is received.
