After having a bad experience with Sears Roofing, I did a lot of research on shingles and roofing companies before I decided on one. Shawn Stratford from Urban Roofing was professional, well informed and assured me that I would be happy at the end with materials, work and after sales service. He did not require a deposit up front and was on time and completed a 3400 Sq. Ft house in 2 days. Job well done and cleaned up very nicely. Was not the most expensive but was the most committed in terms of follow up with his crew and my satisfaction with my new roof. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job !

Was charged for service call although I had work done. Also charged for Leak Dectation although technican could not find leak after 2 hours. Also charged extra for additional gas needed. No concern with cost and services not complete.

Ayman found issue with my Kitchenaid fridge in 2 minutes and was confident that relay switch was the issue. I went along with it and he was right. He returned with new part within 48 hours and fixed the issue. He was upfront about costs and used only OEM parts. He was kind and professional and texted me that he was going to be late for our appointment. I would recommend him to anyone that wants the problem fixed right the first time !
