Recently had a tech come in to fix my washing machine. VERY DISAPPOINTED as he didn't even have the part to fix the washing machine.....was going to take approx. 2-3 weeks to get the part in......HELLO waiting that long for a part on a washing machine is unacceptable BUT the worse part of this experience is that he quoted me over DOUBLE of what another repair company did to fix the machine.......LG take notice of your Authorized Service Repair companies. I plan to advise LG of this........BUSTED!!!!!!
