Great Experience! They were prompt, very proffesional and friendly. They explained everything that was being done and even had a camera so I could actually watch my ducts being cleaned. Great job, great customer service. Would highly reccomend this company.

Completely disappointed. Staff was polite and helpful but after their first days work we noticed they had cut several corners and not completed the work as per contract. We confronted them and they reluctantly fixed some of the things. After we confronted them they were rude and difficult to deal with. They continued to cut corners and never completed the job as per contract. They shorted our patio by over 40 sq/ft and refused to add the square footage on as per contract. They did not complete the job as discussed or as per contract. They left the site a complete disaster. They did not tidy up after themselves and left garbage EVERYWHERE. They even buried their garbage in our flower beds. It was a terrible experience. They are completely unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Paid Jack at Falconstone in full in November and he showed up on two occasions to do our driveway. Come mid January he stopped showing up. I've tried calling but his voice mail has been full for weeks. Obviously he's done the same to numerous other people and has no intentions of honouring his contracts. I know 3 others that have paid him for the season and have not had their driveways plowed for the last few snowfalls. We have heard through the grape vine that he left and travelled to Israel for some time in January. This guy is a crook and I highly suggest staying clear of any business with him.
