I found AtlasCare very friendly and easy to work with, unlike other HVAC vendors I had business with or called. It's no accident to have this kind of experience. They need to work hard at this for such a consistently good result.

I contracted this vendor to remove a tree stump. When I called again wanting to know when they would arrive, the contractor was angry with me. Apparently someone had died in his family. I should have cancelled right away. Eventually he did come and removed the stump. In the process of grinding down the stump he broke my nearby window. When I asked the next day if he broke the window he denied doing so. My suggestion, beware of this contractor. Another useful suggestion with contractors, in general, is be present whenever you have them working at your home.

Michael, I am sorry you had a bad experience but I believe you have my company confused with another tree service. We have been in business since 1992 serving thousands of clients and are proud to say in all those years we have only had a very small number of clients who were not completely satisfied with our services. We strive to promptly correct any situation once notified. We only learned of this situation on this site. Thankfully, no one in Tree Fellers Ltd. has lost a family member in several years. To the best of our knowledge, we have never had a client tell us a window was broken. The only window we ever remember breaking was replaced the same day and we informed the client that the window was broken. Lastly our price for stump removal is usually around $100-$200 and after checking our invoices, we have not done any stump removals for $500 in the last year.
