I had gotten Cordell's number from a freind of mine who had some work done to their house, my wife and i had recently purchased an older home where the heating AC and plumbing had to get re-done.I found that they were very professional with their conduct and helpful but most of all, I felt like they cared for us and our project, they answered all of our questions and really helped educate us in what we were doing. They were always honest with us, and gave us many options for all the little things we drove them nuts about. This isn't the first renovation we've done (first with them) and I can confidently say to whomever is reading this, please do yourself a favor and call them.

So I have a finished basement, and a few months ago i noticed water on my floor (after a big rain storm) and obviously got really worried. One of my neighbours is in construction, so i asked him to come by and take a look, he opened up the drywall and found black mould, now after seeing his face discover the mould, i got even more worried. He told me i had to call a remediation company to take care of the problem. So i started looking online and found this company 911 Restoration, they had great reviews so i called (about 9pm on a tuesday) i spoke to a very nice guy who explained what the protocol was, then he came over took a look, sat me down and explained everything to me, he then brought in a 3 man team to start making some kind of barrier in the basement out to the garage, taking everything apart that was infected, cleaned everything threw out everything and rebuilt everything. they were amazing, kind and very well spoken (which you never, ever find). all this was happening and the supervisor guy that first came to my house answered all my questions everyday with great professionalism. If you find a problem in your house, call them, youll be happy you did.
