Kingsway store, Vancouver. BC Some of the worst service that I have ever experienced! Bought a couch/loveseat set in store, with a scheduled delivery date 3 weeks after purchase. Called to check on the status of the delivery, and was told that it would be arriving in early December, 9 weeks after the scheduled date. I was told by the sales manager to drive back to the store (4 hours return trip), and he would give me a special deal on something else. Asked to speak to the store manager, and he flatly told me there was nothing they could do. Both refused to refund the shipping cost of $150, as they cannot control the companies inventory. I have made a number of purchases at the Brick in the past, but will never again.
