Why I am satisfied with Mr. Roof Repair: -Pietro and his team showed up when they said they were going to -provided a full and clear explanation of what they were going to do and how long it would take -provided a clear explanation via email/pictures in their assessment on what was good and what needed work -gave me the option to act on any of the items needing repair. -Pietro and his staff were very friendly and polite. -assistance and response from the administration side of the Mr. Roof Repair is surprisingly quick; a model for all service industries. I will be moving forward with the suggested repairs and would recommend this team to anyone.
