Jesse, the technician, arrived right on time. He was personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he took time to explain to me what he was testing and the results of his tests. He also determined to source of a water leak as a worn drain hose and replaced the tubing at no additional expense. I was very happy with Jesse's service and would definately recommend Home Comfort Canada.

After 2 other companies were only interested in selling me a new $2000 tankless system, J&S took the time to properly analyze the problem and recommend a $200 repair instead. From the professionalism of the initial call, the quick response to get onsite when they heard I was leaking water, to the friendly, knowledgeable plumber who fixed my leak, J&S made the bad situation a positive experience.
