We were very pleased with the entire process from booking our appointment, e-mail confirmation, phone confirmation the day of the appointment, and the service call. Dave was highly professional and personable, not to mention clean! He made us aware of other services available but wasn't at all pushy. We will definitely use Modern PurAir again and will recommend to others!
