Sandro came to help us replace an old fence and gate that were falling down. He was very professional and worked with us to figure out exactly what we wanted. Once we worked out the design he did a great job bringing our vision to life. He worked quickly and did a great job and we love our new fence. I got home from vacation on January 2nd and my furnace gave out on me. I called Cozy world and they were there the next day to check things out, and we had a new furnace up and running a few days later. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. The installation was very smooth and now we have a great new high efficiency furnace. They also followed up to make sure that we received our rebate of $250. I had Mike and Jamie come through my house today to do the duct cleaning. We just bought a new house and I was worried that the previous owner had not cleaned the ducts in a while, if ever. My feelings were confirmed once Mike and Jamie got to work. They cleaned the ducts, furnace, and replaced the humidifier pad and filter. Mike and Jamie both took time to tell me what they were doing and to educate me about proper maintenance of my furnance and duct system. They were very knowledgable and helpful and were in and out very quickly. Prior to them coming, there was a bit of a smell lingering in the house and I am happy to say that it is gone. Interior and Exterior Waterproofing
From start to finish, the experience with Nusite was a great one! The team of David, Joe, and Jennifer provided excellent service. We have some exterior/interior waterproofing, and a sump pump installed as well as demo of our basement while they were there. Joe and his crew were in and out in two days with very little disruption to my wife and I. There were a few minor things that needed to be corrected, but with a quick phone call to Joe he had his crew back at our house the next day to correct everything to meet our expectations. Overall, the experience was great and we will definitely be using them in the future to lower our basement. We would recommend them to anyone in the future. Thanks!
