An absolutely great team to work with. Needed to remodel our main bathroom, replace hardwood and carpet throughout the house, and paint all the rooms. This was our first ever major renovation, and everything had to be done before our new baby arrived, so my wife and I were already stressed even before we picked a contractor. We met with the De Pontes at our house, shared our vision for the final product, and within a few days we were discussing three very detailed and tailored bathroom layouts/design options. Everything we had asked for was incorporated in their quotes, so it was really up to us as to the scope, timing, and cost. Once the work started, Rob and Helen did a great job of briefing us on the progress and timelines of each major component of the renovation. Throughout, they were very transparent about potential issues, associated costs that could arise, etc., but they also ensured that we discussed contingency plans. This gave us a lot of confidence that they were well-prepared for the worst-case scenario. Halfway through, we even felt courageous enough to add in a few more items to the original scope, and they had no issues incorporating those. Rob and Helen proved to be extremely reliable, professional, and creative. Their work is high quality, and as a plus, we came in on budget and on time. Excellent work again by the crew! This is my 3rd time using Roadrunners for a move, and they have never disappointed. Move day is always a bit stressful until these guys show up. Always efficient, creative and cheerful. Thanks again!
