It has been 1 year since my furnace was installed. It has failed 3 City inspections and the issue is not resolved. The Installation Manager, Scotty, dismisses my calls and claims they don't know what the City wants them to do. Horrible mistakes were made in the installation of the water pump drain hose, causing freezing pipes, water damage in my basement. Regret choosing them for this large investment. Go elsewhere if you want competency.
