My previous furnace was a forced air electric, and was about 30 years old and very inefficient, my heat pump kept breaking down. I had used D & K heating before to service my heat pump they suggested arranging to see their person who could show us the benefits of installing a new heat pump and furnace. After talking to their sales rep who showed us that it was not that expensive on a monthly basis we went ahead and had the new systems installed. The only problem I had was D & K installers did not leave a certification tag on the Propane furnace, as our propane supplier pointed out, and I had to call D & K back to have another person come out and do a pressure check on my new system and leave the tag. Otherwise the installers were courteous and worked very quickly. I don't remember the installer's names, but I wish to thank them for their installation and service. Thank you D & K.
