My experience with Pacesetter has been great especially dealing with Kelly Smith on the purchase of our new home in Beaumont. We went to visit Kelly in the Beaumont showhome and we really liked his honesty. He was very helpful with finding the home that was the right fit for us for what we wanted to pay and the size of our family. The building process was very exciting. Everything was completed in the timeline we were given. any questions we had during and after the building process Kelly was always available and quick to get us information. We have been living in our new house now just about a year and we are so happy we decided to go with Pacesetter. I would definitely recommend Kelly Smith and Pacesetter for anyone looking to build a new home.

We've looked at many houses before we went to the pacesetter Showhome. When we went to the Showhome in beaumont we met Kelly Smith we talked a while told him what we wanted to spend and what we were looking for in a new home. He worked with us on deciding to go withet the Maddy 2 home. The first time we went to see the Showhome we fell in love with it. I especially love that what you see is what you get all the amazing finishing were to our surprise included in the standard package. Kelly was great through the whole process we loved how honest he was in telling what to do and not to do. He Didnt try to up sell us at all and the final price was pretty well exact to what we wanted to spend. He was available when ever we had questions always quick to get back to us. Very informative and knowledgable. It was so exciting seeing all the new stages of the home build. When we did our final walk through the house looked amazing!! The area supervisor Denny did a great job on getting the house ready for us we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Pacesetter and Kelly Smith to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
