I purchased a complete Awning system for my patio from Rolltec in July 2012 and everything worked perfectly up until 3 weeks ago when I could no longer get the awning to extend or retract. I called Rolltec and without any issue they got involved and solved the issue for me. I worked directly with Helen (General Manager of Rolltec). This was no easy task as it turned out to be both the somfy remote and the motor. Under warranty, personal support was provided by Helen and Her husband as we went through the process of determining what the issue was. Their service was excellent and well beyond what I would have expected. A reminder of times past …. truly "service excellence". Like most purchases you like to get good quality equipment (which it is), but more importantly is the commitment of the Company and good service when and if you run into problems. In my case I received both. Thanks to Rolltec my awning is back working perfectly once again.
