I recently had my condo painted prior to renting it out. The painters did a great job and referred me to Calgary Trusted Cleaners for cleaning. I know the owners Michael and Vicky already and they run a great business. Vicky does a great job with scheduling and information and quality control. Condo was clean and looked great. I hired Cal Alta to paint my condo prior to renting it. I own several rental propeties and it is a good source of revenue and long term investment. I want to protect my investment.
