Monarch did my bathroom renovation and there were a few outstanding issues which initially led me to give a lower rating. However, Neil and Melissa were amazing at following up to ensure that I was completely satisfied and I now am!! Thank you for superior customer service and believing in your product! I will definitely recommend Monarch to others and use them again myself!

Monarch transformed my very ugly bathroom into a beautiful spa like bathroom. Melissa was helpful with all aspects from the design to assisting in colour selections. There were a couple of glitches along the way but Neil Samson personally took care of them and the personal touch was greatly appreciated. My only compliant is that the so-called "whisper quiet" fan is as loud as the cheap model that was in there before but definitely cost more. Overall, I am satisfied with the renovation and am looking into having Monarch transform my powder room.
