They were very slow broke a few items, billed me extra even tried to take taxes off if I paid cash buy would not get bill. Now nothing fixed and no evidence. There blankets were so dirty. Truck had mechanical issues. No customer service here I'm so upset for ever using this company.

This is a completely fraudulent review.
We are NOT an under-the-table company. We absorb the cost of HST for cash payments, we consult the CRA website to work back the taxes from the flat total. If you lost your invoice, I would welcome you to contact our office and I would immediately provide you with a copy.
At the end of each service, the lead mover sits down with the client and discusses the invoice, so all parties are happy and in agreement. This would never be an issue with any of our clients as we welcome their feedback and would not draw up an invoice unless both parties are satisfied.
If you have any damages, I have not been told about any of this. Damages can happen, it's a fact of life. With any client complaints in regards to damages, you would have been instructed very clearly on how to let me know about the damages -- by email with photos.
Lastly, our trucks are kept in immaculate condition and blankets are washed weekly.
