Our current air conditioner ran and ran and stopped cooling. Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning came out and determined the cooling coil was defective. We decided to put in a new system which has a 10 year warranty. Sandy was very responsive and helpful and we appreciated how quickly and efficiently the replacement was done. We are very happy with the company and their service
