Sent my Miele in to Alberta Vacuum Experts NW location for a free estimate they called me the next day and let me know the price. Later that week I went in to pick up my vacuum cleaner surprisingly the bill was less than the estimate I received because they were able to salvage one of the parts. Would have to say this came as a shock to me I was quite happy with the service. I will continue to use them as my go to vacuum store.
