I called Anta to perform a emergency excavation outside a coach house to find source of main drain clog. They responded quickly and were onsight in an hour. They dug a 3 foot hole, cracked open the clay/cast iron pip a few inches from where is exits the coachhouse. After trying for 45 mins to uncling using a snake they decided that the pip was collapsed and recommended running a new main line for $10,000, on top of the $1,800 for work completed so far (3 foot hole in interlocking driveway, hole in main pipe, and no solution). Also, the hole they made in the pipe is in a difficult location in fix. I called in another company for a quote, and they decided to try to clear first. They were successful after flushing the system and cutting through some thick roots. They also discovered that running a new line wouldn't work since other systems in the house were connected to the drain that was assumed collapsed. Cost to fix with second company, $1500. pros: Anta was quick to respond to call cons: Quick to give up & quick to want to upsell more expensive solution.

We live in the Beaches so there are some old, massive trees that loom over the neighbor and our houses. Eric was called into to trim the neighbors tree and while there helped quickly remove a tree that was threatening to damage my foundation. He did an outstanding job and cleaned up all the debris afterwards at a fair price. Will probably call again for future needs. thanks,

These are my go to guys for whenever I need a disposal bin. I've got through 3 home renovations and have used them every time for getting rid of everything from soil to household reno materials. Their smaller trucks are able to get through the tight corners of the downtown laneways and drop the bins off where I needed them.

We wanted a professional cleaner to goes through our house one final time before the open house and New Century staff of two were done our house in 3 hours. We were impressed with the quality and thoroughness of their work. We would use them on a regular basis, but we moved out of their coverage area.

We needed to remove a structural wall between the kitchen and dinning room. Orlando and his crew took on the work after we provided the engineering drawings. Once we opened up the walls, and prepped for the footings there were a lot of complications, which Orlando helped us resolve, which included helping out with the revised drawings. While the project took longer than expected, they kept the project on budget. Even though we only used their services for the wall removal, we would probably use Estezos Estates for future, larger projects.

We had just sold our house and the ductless air conditioning system was not functioning when the new owner moved in. On the hottest week of the summer, they managed to find the time to send someone down on short notice to address the issue. They showed incredible patience in dealing with the new owner while they diagnosed the problem. It took a couple trips because our system used non-standard parts, but they got everything up and running again. We'll probably get Novel Care to install the ductless system in hour new house.

Needed to replace a short stretch (8 feet) of heating pipe in the basement. Original estimate for work was $1200, which was similar to other estimates from competitors. Final cost was $2700, which I received no warning while they were doing the work. Their hourly billing rate is really high, so when they had to make runs for additional parts, the price sky rocketed. There was additional follow up work, which they were quoting 7 - 8k. Ended up going with another plumber for much less. I won't recommend or use them in the future. Edit: After talking with the owner, we agreed that the problems stem from poor communication between the individual that did the estimate and the individual that did the work, as well the changes in the scope of the work were poorly communicated to me. We have agreed to return to the originally agreed upon price and refunded the additional fees.
