I paid a service call for a tech to come out and tell me that my dishwasher was broken. The tech took off the bottom plate ( 2 screws) and looked in with his flashlight. He then told me it would be $280+ tax+ parts to repair my Samsung dishwasher that is ,one year old and under warranty? How is it that any kind of appliance is $280+ tax + parts to diagnose and fix ? He told me he had to tweak the relays on the motherboard. That is the biggest crock I have ever heard. I called the number and was given a standard answer as to this issue. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AT ANY COST. I will not back down until I receive my refund for the incompetent service.
