When I purchased a bed in the beginning of September, I was told the ETA would be September 23rd. I did ask my sales rep LORA if it's ok when they deliver the bed if they can assemble it. She said it was ok since I don't live far away anyways. I've had this offer by other furniture places too by the way so I knew that if they said no I could have gone else where and they still would have been nice to do so. Here it is November 3rd still no bed. I kept calling asking what was going on with my bed, I was told it should be there soon. However this time when I called on the 2nd of November again I called to inquire. I was told I have a delivery date of November 13th. NO ONE called me to inform me. So of course I got upset, what if I was not home and missed the delivery. Just common sense to call and inform the customer. But instead LORA decides to call me and leaves me a very rude and inconsiderate voicemail with an annoyed tone. Telling me that " I Have to take the date otherwise the men can not assemble the bed for me." IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW LORA. So I decided to go back yesterday on the 3rd of November and get my money back. I will not have someone who is unappreciative to collect commission from me. I would rather give it to someone to can appreciate the fact that the reason they have a job is because of people like us, called CUSTOMERS! That was my first and LAST EXPERIENCE EVER AT PARKS FURNITURE!! Thank you LORA
