When it came time to replace my 1994 furnace and air conditioner, I called on three companies to quote. One very big guys that is subcontracted by Costco was very professional until I told him I would not make a decision that day. He packed up and left in a huff. I had a small local guy come in to quote. He would only install the lowest range of appliances then admitted that I would have a long wait as he was currently unable to get any air conditioners due to pandemic. I then had Larry of Seasonal Home Comfort come in. He was professional, gave some suggestions, listened to our concerns, and offered solutions. His quote was easy to understand and was very competitive. So I went with Larry. In two days, a crew of three showed up on time for our appointment. They spent the day in my cramped furnace room, removing a lot of old HVAC equipment, realigning the duct work to make better use of the space, and installing exactly what I wanted, a mid-range Lennox A/C and Furnace. They also installed a tankless water heater, something that I had not had before. This crew of young gentlemen (and I do not have the opportunity to use that word very often), were exceptionally clean, well spoken, and friendly. They laid down pads all the way through the house and constantly ensure that they remained in place for the whole job. They left the furnace room cleaner than it had ever been. They spent all the time we needed to explain everything we needed to know after the install. When they were gone, there was not a sign that they were ever there, except for the great HVAC equipment. Anatoliy came to the house and walked through everything I needed to know so that I could make an informed decision. He was patient and well informed. After comparing 4 different companies, I went with Northview. They were the 2nd most affordable but also seemed to have the best designed windows. They also quoted on all of my windows but made the quote valid for 2 years so that I could do them at my own pace and within my own budget restrictions. After the contract was signed, Roman came by, re-measured, and discussed interior trim designs. They manufactured the windows in about a month, we set up an installation date, and they phoned with a reminder a few days before. Installation went without a hitch. Roman was a true professional - always polite, conscientious, and a very neat worker. The finished job was perfect. I will be ordering more windows from the Northview team in the spring!! Thank you!!
