Message on their answering machine promised a callback within 15 minutes and they did call back immediately. Dimitri diagnosed a common problem with the door lock we had- an actual replacement of this lock under warranty, (a lock he used to recommend) and went into great detail to justify why the quality has gone downhill. We had him install a new lock and he also fixed issues with the actual door. I highly recommend him and all the great reviews are well deserved. Great guy!!

Mike explained everything out clearly, did a fantastic job and his price was very reasonable for high quality work. I plan on using his services again next year. Highly recommended.
